The new Workplace Health initiative aimed at the corporate community and run by Freedomleisure and Wealden District Council starting in September, and offers eight-week fitness courses for companies in Hailsham and Crowborough..
This is part of a series of activities known as ‘Wealden on the Move’ and is part-funded by Sport England.
Designed to increase personal fitness levels and with all abilities in mind.
Freedom Leisure is offering activity courses for busy people this autumn. The programme is designed with all abilities, ages, shapes and sizes in mind and offers a fun way to get more exercise. The sessions are designed to fit into a lunch break. The courses last for 8 weeks and cost just £16 per course.
Hailsham Leisure Centre - Tuesday lunchtimes 1.00 - 1.30pm starting 30th September 2008. This includes a free take-away lunch.
A general activity class with various fun and light exercises to help you rediscover your bounce! No previous experience necessary.
Crowborough Leisure Centre - Monday lunchtimes at 1.00pm-1.45pm starting 29th September.
