The survey was originally conducted in June 2003 and repeated in 2007 in order to determine how businesses feel about visits from various regulatory agencies. Theses surveys examined how businesses view visits by all the regulatory services, not just officers from Wealden. Unfortunately a much smaller number of businesses responded this time but even so there are some issues we will be addressing at Wealden. Primarily we will be ensuring that businesses are always given ample of opportunity to discuss our requirements or ask our officers questions.
